Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it is shipped or produced for a full refund.
Once the product has been shipped, we regret that we are unable to cancel the order.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.To be eligible for a return, the item must:

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
